Mutual Blunder. Liem vs Donchenko
The other highlight of the game was in the game between Aleksander Donchenko and Le Quan Liem where in a winning endgame the german player blunders a rook sacrifice of Liem to promote the pawn and the game could end in threefold repetition but Liem blitz his move missing the oportunity, at least he faiannly manages to draw the endgame.
