Announcements

• We are going to start with my team, SAUW Chess Players. I am not able to change the team name, but I will now be calling it SA Chess Players. I want my team to be accepting of anyone who wants to join, learn or play in tournaments.
• Next, we are going to announce our SA Chess Team Battle which can include everyone who wants to join. This is one of our biggest tournaments, to celebrate the end of the ELA state test, and for end of the year.(wink wink-end of year tournament) Anyone who wants to enter your team please PM me so I can add it. I am asking for many scholars to join.

Next- Answering questions

• I can understand your frustration when the lichess BOT sites don't work. Easy Chess, and Hyper Easy are down, and I asked some questions too. Why is the bot sites down? The simple answer to this is because Lichess may not have liked when anyone could create a bot and just leave it to play. There are too many dormant BOT accounts which are not being used, so Lichess decided to ask to shut down these sites, which is now "down" for all people. (Please know this may not be correct, its based off of some information at this forum post: Lichess Forum Post (click here))
• As shown by the developer, it seems that either Lichess or the creator of the bot sites may not be working. They might have been taking it down because it either does not meet with the Lichess Terms of Service, or there are way too many stray bots that take up room.
• Next, If you want a BOT of your own, and you don't have any ideas, here are some of them.

3. Alpha Zero
4. Deep Blue
