The 2019 Jerusalem Grand Prix is a 16 player knockout tournament. The Players will play two classical games where they get 90 mins for the first 40 moves and then 30 minutes until the end of the game. If the match is still tied, two 25+10 rapid games are played. If still tied, there will be two 10+10 games, then two 5+3 games. Finally, a single Armageddon game is played, where White has 5 minutes to Black’s 4. The players will get a 2 second increment in the Armageddon game starting at move 61.
