Hi, I’m WIM Mrudul Dehankar. After more than 12 years immersed in the world of chess, I’ve gained skills and insights that go far beyond the board—skills I’m passionate about passing on to others.

Highlights of my chess career so far:
1) U-12 National Champion
2) WIM title in 2019
3) World Cadets 2016 Silver medal
4) Multiple medals in Asian Juniors and Youth Chess Championships
5) 2 consecutive year National School Champion- 2016 & 2017
6) Commonwealth Gold medal
7) Western Asian Juniors Champion
8) Woman Round Robin Champion 2019
9) 4 Silver and 1 Bronze in National Championships
10) Played in Indian team for 6 consecutive years

Travelled to countries like South Africa, Uzbekistan, Greece ,Singapore, UAE, Georgia, Uruguay, Serbia, Italy, France ,South Korea, Mongolia, Thailand for chess tournaments

Some of my skills are attacking, calculations ,endgames and dynamic play. I also have a opening repertoire for both colors. Love to find patterns in games and exploring more .
I believe in forming long term friendly relations with my students and help them to achieve their goals in chess.

In my lessons ,I will first understand my student from their games and tailor the classes accordingly. I feel analyzing your own games with a coach is by far one of the best ways to learn and improve.
I will also help in preparing for the tournament.
