About me
My name is Dmitriy Kushko, 21 years old. I am an international Master, my FIDE rating is 2454.
Playing experience
I've been playing chess for more than 15 years, I won the Ukrainian junior championships several times, 2nd place at the World Rapid Championships under 18 (2022), won the Irish men's rapid and blitz championships three times
Teaching experience
I have three years of coaching experience with students of different levels and ages. Most of my students are 1200-2000 FIDE rated players, but i also have a lot of experience working with 2100-2400 Elo players.
Best skills
I love posititional chess, studying openings and endgames, and i would be happy to help my students to get better at those aspects.
Teaching methodology
The lessons are being conducted on Lichess (stydies feature). At first, i need to find out my student's strengths and weaknesses, After that, I will develop a special program based on the individual characteristics of my student. I'll provide my student with an opening repertoire that would suit his playing style. Also, i'll be giving a homework after each session. Homework will help you remember the material from the lesson and will also force you to think independently.
