Playing experience
My playing experiences include five Olympiads. I have achieved a gold medal at the 2017 University Pan American Chess Championship and a silver medal at the 2017 Pan American Open. I am a three-time national champion of Guatemala. I've tied fourth place in the 2016 Continental Americas Championship, and earned IM norm. Currently, I actively participate in the Catalan Club League and the Austrian Bundesliga, and I am on my way to becoming my country's first GM.
Teaching experience
Coach since 2013, FIDE Trainer licensed. I have students from the Caribbean, Central America and Europe, who I've helped to achieve their goals in medals and titles, and I am the coach of several youth national teams. I have helped build two FIDE masters, two Women International Masters, one Women FIDE Master, and two players to reach the Olympic teams in their respective national federations. I was the coach of the Bahamas National Women’s Team at the Chess Olympiad in Budapest 2024.

Analysis of the games of the student. Identification of their strengths and weaknesses. Opening knowledge, technique in endgames, decision-making, methods to improve calculation, positional play, practical play.
