FM Alex

My name is Alex and I am 30 years old.
I was born and raised in Russia.
I am a postgraduate student at the Voronezh State University at the Department of Mathematical Modeling.
Main work in the field of analytics in IT.
In my free time I travel, play sports and do things that I have never done before.

The first time I took up chess at the age of 4, when my grandmother taught me. At 5.5 years old I entered the chess section, at the age of 6 I played in the first chess tournament. At the age of 13, I became a candidate for master of sports. At 18 I became a master.
I have become the champion of my region many times, played in Russian championships, and won prizes in international open tournaments.

I have been coaching since the age of 18, that is, more than 10 years. My students take prizes in the city championships, improve their chess qualifications and raise their ratings.
