I am 28 year old Grandmaster Shyamsundar from India. Coach for the Indian women chess team

I have been actively playing chess since the age of 8.So far my biggest result has been drawing Vladimir Kramnik with Black pieces at Qatar open 2014

I have been training actively since last couple of years.I was one of the seconds for the Indian Men team during 2018 olympiad at Batumi.

I have written 2 articles on openings in Modern-chess.com

I have huge experience playing and working on chess with many strong players for several years. First I become friendly with my trainees so that I can understand their thought process even better.Then I work accordingly based on their playing styles. I always used to have a very wide opening repertoire.Luckily for me ,those efforts are now helping me as a trainer since I am decently well versed in most of the openings and the resulting middle/end game positions

During online sessions,I usually ask my students to sit with the board and coins so that I will narrate the game or any position so that they can play them over the board.I believe consistent training in this aspect would enable them to get 'over the board 'feel rather staring at Laptop/pc for long time.I give home works and keep asking about the progress made.
