About me
I am Gaurav Bakliwal; settled in Pune., India. I used to be all India National level player in 1990s where in I had FIDE ELO rating of 2300 plus. I am in teaching, training, mentoring line since 2001. I am a chess coach since 2019. I believe in training in a playful manner and i want my students to be a good human being, following good sportsmanship while working hard in the sport.
Playing experience
All India CAI National B champion in 2010.
State champion for 5 years in all the categories.
Actively played in around 50 plus Nationals from 1988 to 1996.
got honoured in Jaipur Samaroh 1992 among great dignitries.
Awarded FM title by FIDE in september 2025.

Teaching experience
Training students for CAT since 2001; aptitude, maths, statistics etc in few MBA colleges in pune.

Associated with a top National level Chess academy since 2020; have taken 3-4 US and other countries chess summer camps.
