Now the alternative moves are accessible again for me. But comment text disappears as I write and the size of the comment section gets reset if I change the position on the board.
It's fixed.
For me, I cannot navigate through the move list of a game any more. The board only ever shows either the starting position or the final position.
It's a bug that appeared a few hours ago - only in the Android app though, Lichess in browser still works fine, actual gameplay also still works.

Well, if the downvotes to my post mean that this problem only exists for me and not for others who use the app, then I apologize.
But still, just for clarification:
It actually IS still possible to navigate through a move list above the board
But it's no longer possible (at least for me) to click on the "Microscope" symbol at the bottom of the screen and then analyse the game from there. The analysis board that pops up will remain stubbornly fixed on the starting position.

I experienced the problems with my pc. But it got fixed hours ago for me.
