What are good inner team tournament times?

I'm trying to figure out what times are good for inner team atomic arenas. If you have any times you would like arenas to be scheduled for, put it below in EST please.

I think 1\2 a minute an two minutes are good time controls.

I think a 1/2 minute tournament next saturday at 12:00

Any time later than 19h UTC.

If we are talking about time control I would like to play 3+1 since it's the time control that will be used for the AWC.
