you ever see an alpha question if hes an alpha no because hes too busy winning at life ever see a sigma wonder if hes sigma of course not hes off in a cabin somewhere mastering five different martial arts and building a self sustaining bunker meanwhile the beta hes on reddit asking how to be more alpha or worse hes reading this essay hoping for a way out but the sad truth is betas dont become alphas and they definitely dont become sigmas they just stay beta like a side character in a movie that nobody remembers the name of

so there you have it betas exist because someone has to fill the background of life like extras in a film while the alphas and sigmas take center stage its just the natural order of things and no amount of self help books or cold showers will change that

and understand that sometimes even your friends need to be alone for a while because they are busy or they need to refocus on themselves.
and your role as a friend should be to try to help or support your friends if they need it, helping does not mean systematically saying "I'm here" or following your friends everywhere. But sometimes also to understand that your friends need a little solitude to finish work, prepare for an exam or just to take a walk in the forest with their families but without you.
