What's wrong? What are you trying to do, what happens, and what did you expect to happen instead?
Typical user feedback and basically the nightmare of every software developer: "it doesn't work!" and not even attempting to describe the actual problem.

Basically the variant boards aren’t opening, and thus, people aren’t able to even access variant games or analysis boards in most devices...
Excuse me, if they need to be told how to make analysis board work, maybe those developers should consider a different job. This is not some exotic function which doesnt work in some unique instances, this is basic function of any website malfunctioning

I honestly think you didn’t describe the issue very well. If I go to a mechanic and ask him to “fix my car, cuz it’s not working properly”, the mechanic wouldn’t know whether the problem is in the engine or the tyres or somewhere else. Explaining the problem in detail helps the devs to address the issue more appropriately, take the right plan of action, and saves time for both parties. Please understand this...

With all respect, this is a free website without ads. Telling the lead developer to find a different job really doesn't motivate anyone to solve your problem.
@Gautham_A Nope. They should analyse few games! Learning by doing!! And yes, I am pissy about it. This is worlds seconds chess website. Such mistakes are ridicolous.
