I know @TheoLego Even if they have another account, they cannot use it for this tournament!
The time is now 15:47 UTC and @Chessfoot didn't show or make any attempt to reschedule prior to our agreed upon time (there was no further communication from them after they posted the match time further up in the forum). Can I claim a forfeit win?

The ideal approach is to wait and see what happens with the opponent and perhaps try to reschedule, considering there is still time to complete the round. However, I understand we have many commitments; according to the rules, if the opponent does not show up at the agreed time, a forfeit can be called.
@oruro Thanks for the clarification. I have limited availability to reschedule before the end of the round, but I will reach out to @Chessfoot with a few more times of availability. I'd rather play the match than claim the forfeit, but I just wanted to make sure that I have my documentation in order in case we are not able to reschedule.
