Depends on the day and week of the fortnight usually
4:00 is best for me EST
Half past three or a bit later
But I don’t mind.
Saturdays - 12pm - 3:30pm
Sundays - 1:30pm - 3pm
i go on lichess every day so ye any day.
6 :00pm Indian standard time is when I play
