Play Bughouse Players on Lishogi.org

Feudal Japanese historians found 2-sided pawns which allow for easy promotion, and for demotion after capture! Flipping pawns upside-down lets players easily see which pieces were queens to begin with, and to see which pieces are promoted pawns:

Motivated by this discovery, Lishogi.org lead developer Wanderer added a new Lishogi.org variant! But due to server load, first we need to beta test it. To access the latest features, change the site language to Japanese (in the upper-right corner), click Create A Game, then select the new variant!

As explained in the Lishogi.org variants rules, instead of making a move, captured pieces can be dropped on the board, joining your army. Dropped pieces can even be used to block checks! Whoever captures their opponent's king first wins the game.

Please enjoy playing the new variant against other players who play bughouse! Maybe we can get him to add Taikyoku Shogi next?
