I am generating this blog and the API does not facilitate easy filtering on TOS (Terms Of Service) violations.
What I can do (and what I did) was that I added a remark about the TOS violation (copied the wording from Lichess).

Also these TOS violations can be a bit "volatile", sometimes they are not justified and removed after an appeal.
