Interesting, short, and to the point. Dubov is slowly becoming the Bronstein of our time if he continues like this, endlessly creative and imaginative. His employment of the Philidor in serious OTB play was also quite the surprise.

i unfortunately don't understand enough to know why 6...Re8 is dubious so i didnt quite understand the 2nd game much... but i do like to see Dubov's games so this article was nice to read....also it would help if u can break down a bit what ideas are there for white in the first game vs Grischuck because when i do find myself in that kind of a position where im winning by some +2 or +3 i usually play something wrong and end up losing...so it would be helpful if u could edit and add some ideas for both sides in that position.
I am not at all proficient in the Kings Indian, but I think Daniel Naroditsky mentioned in one of his speedruns that the queen usually goes to d8 in the Kings Indian Defense, so Rd8 takes away that square from the queen.
