Currently there is no way to do this. But the data for it would be available. It's just a matter of implementing a UI that would let you do this.

They can add new functionality, but you don't need to add like 5 of them on the homepage, leave some room for some other blogs

In this case it's actually not just them adding new puzzle themes, but it's me doing the work. And I do kindly reserve the right to talk about it. If you don't like, just don't read the blog. I know others appreciate it and it makes lichess also more visible for search engines etc...
