It was by a server restart, which you have been notified of by a big and flashy orange warning, 10 minutes beforehand.

I've often observed this when the server restarted and was able to track the effects on the game using the timeline.
In this case, I'm having trouble.

Game start: 08:34 AM
Duration: 03:03
Server restart: 08:41 AM

Can someone check this?

Maybe he gave you time, using the blue plus button?

It could be, since even though it looks like you were given 10 seconds instead of 15, it was probably after it was your turn for a few seconds

Actually, I looked at the game, and it didn't say: "Gave Black 15 seconds" so I don't think so

I don't believe it was due to the restart, since there was plenty of time left before the server restarted, plus, it bumped me off my internet connection. As am old-skool programmer, I know when a disconnect program has been used on me, chess,com became riddled with such players.
