Why do we need friends ?

I don't want to fight with nobody ! Did you see a girl at school to fight ? And were did you listen I like play ? I am not like the stupid 9th grade at school ! After 5th grade we must stop to play likee babies and think about serious thing like stop playing games at recreation and learn more !

As far as why someone might need friends, the only thing I can think of is that human beings are social creatures. This isn't to say that people ALWAYS need other people. However, our brains are "wired" a certain way. We need other people. I used to be a loner when I was a teenager. I won't go too far into my own story. I eventually discovered that people need people. It is a separate question whether or not you need friends. Besides, you can't label all friends as traitors, etc. If one friend (it only takes one) sticks by you through thick and thin, you must conclude, logically, that not all friends are bad people. Go from there.
