That blog doesn't say much more than "I think a stalemate should not be a draw".
It doesn't even attempt to explain why you think this makes more healthier chess. Heck, it doesn't even try to explain why the current stalemate rules makes for unhealthy chess, all I get from it is "I don't like the current rule".
